Ai Lee started working with marginalized individuals and families as a volunteer and was involved in mentoring underprivileged children.

She is a registered counsellor with Singapore Association for Counselling and she empowers parents by helping them better understand and meet the developmental needs of vulnerable children. For more than a decade, she has trained youths to serve the needy in neighbouring ASEAN countries.  As a certified marriage facilitator of the Prepare/Enrich couple relationship assessment inventory, she enjoys helping couples learn relationship skills and develop healthy intimacy with each other. She is trained in Discernment Counselling (DC), designed for couples where one spouse is leaning towards divorce and the other wants to preserve their marriage. Through DC, she helps couples gain clarity and confidence about their next step. She is also a certified trainer for Marital First Responders program, which equips confidants to be effective in strengthening marriages.  Besides marital work, Ai Lee also provides individual counselling. She has experience in helping both adults, youths and children journey through the upheavals of divorce, and gradually move towards healing. She has supported parents in their co-parenting challenges after the separation. She has also worked with individual clients on issues such as anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviour and relational conflicts. Ai Lee holds a Master of Arts in Counselling and is a certified trainer with ACTA. Married with three young adults, Ai Lee is passionate about strengthening families.
